[AWS] Could not connect to eu-west-1.ec2.archive.ubuntu.com:80 (54.229.116.227), connection timed out 해결법

아웃바운드 규칙에 80포트를 54.229.116.227에 대해 열어주지 않아서
발생하는 커넥션 타임아웃이다.

해결방법은 80포트를 해당 IP에 대해 열어주면 되지만...
필자는 대충 아래와 같은 상황이었기에 (열어줄 IP가 너무많다)
모든 포트를 임시로 열어주고 작업을 끝내고 닫았다.

사수님이 알려주신 꿀팁이 있는데,
Connection Timeout 이 뜨면 
인터넷 상태가 나빠서 그런 경우도 있으므로
사용하고 있는 와이파이를 다른 와이파이로 잡아보는 것도
좋은 시도라고 합니다 :D! (실제로 그것으로 해결한 적도 있음)
